Members of the NENA network are experts who have agreed to provide consulting time for the network under certain conditions. In general, some advisers days for the organization are the member contribution. This will enable the NENA Network to offer initial consultation services to interested developers and planners free of charge.
The NENA network pursues the goal to reduce barriers in the direction of energy-efficient and green building and to provide simultaneously the best possible competence for sustainable building to property developers. Public and private developers could turn to the NENA network for organizing the specific expertise and providing technically competent initial consultation.
This initial consultation is a key milestone for the following planning process. If the expert performance after the initial consultation is still needed it is up to the client to individually agree with the expert on how to process.
Advice on the preparation of tenders
Specialized companies are often in conflict with advice for customers. The conditions of public tender exclude those companies, which did precedent customer advice. The NENA network protects enterprises by organized expert expertixe in advance. This enables the Companies still to be able to participate in the competition and seizing the opportunity to get a mandate.
The NENA Network invites public developers, which are before the detailed design and tender, to get in contact. It is possible to take a free initial consultation or to get professionally competent persons for the processing of the tender.
Referrals to experts for special events and lectures
The NENA network organizes lectures, speakers in the field of energy-efficient and ecological construction. The NENA network offers the organizers lectures and connects speakers to fulfill an important element of know-how transfer.
